  • Stenmarks has developed an entirely new way to combine top-class fast food with sustainability through the world's most climate-smart restaurant building. In the greenhouse restaurant, heat and water will be recycled to power the 565 square meter integrated greenhouse.

Why use a resource only once when you can use it twice? That's the whole idea behind Stenmark's Restaurant & Greenhouse. A restaurant uses a lot of energy and water. Normally, the heat is ventilated away and the water is sent away. We think differently.

We will recycle heat and water to power a 565 square meter integrated greenhouse and grow our own ingredients with as little climate impact as possible. In addition, it will be a wonderful customer experience to order and eat their food in a green farming landscape all year round.

For several years, we have developed a unique and fantastic food concept for both pizza and hamburgers that allows us to differentiate ourselves from the competition, whether it's the local standard pizzeria, the hip Neapolitan place, McDonald's or the Finnish burger bar.

For a couple of years now, I've been baking pizza in my garden on some weekend days. I've sold over 40,000 pizzas so far with a fantastic response. Now we are almost ready to take the step and move into the greenhouse restaurant and want to invite you to join us!

The concept is developed to be both climate smart, a unique experience and highly profitable with good dividends to our partners.
